In Cézanne's Cats, on the right, one of the painter's classically perfect still lifes is invaded by curious cats, presumably while Cézanne was busy elsewhere, in a scene that looks perfectly natural.
In Cézanne's Cats, as with her other cat art, Deborah injects a soft touch of humor. None of us really knows if cats are funny on purpose or as part of their nature, but cat lovers are rarely short of smiles or laughs.
Van Gogh's Bedroom (Artist's Cats Added) has been one of her most popular in Famous Artists' Cats. It can be found on everything from prints to wood keepsake and memory boxes. It's bright yellows catch your eye. Then, you notice the cats who have taken up every place of rest in room while Van Gogh was away. They've also wore themselves out playing and knocking the pictures on his walls askew. This one's probably Deborah's funniest and, like Cézanne's Cats, has all three of Deborah's own cats in the frame.
